Returns

If you’ve purchased your Puppy Barkin products from an authorized seller - please return your product to the place of purchase for a return. Each seller has their own set of return policies and Puppy Barkin is only able to refund, exchange, or credit a purchase if it was made directly through Puppy Barkin.

• Returns and Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of initial delivery
• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog hair. All garments are subject to inspection.
• Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Cancellation

As long as the package has not already been processed, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund. However, once the product has been processed including order verification, assembling, quality check, and packaging, we no longer accept any cancellation of order. Please contact us that you'd like to cancel your order as soon as possible within 24 hours after the order has been places.
